Do not share your login username and password. Your account will be suspended when our system detects that more than one person signed in with the same username and password.

Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy

Premium Content is available 48 weeks each year and accessible behind the paywall (recurring subscription required). Arthur Hill takes four weeks vacation each year and does not publish during these periods. Subscribers will be notified in advance of each vacation period.

Subscription: Subscription plans are based on recurring billing. You will automatically be renewed at your original subscription rate until you cancel.

Auto-Renewal: All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the trial period and at the end of each billing period.

We do not offer full or prorated refunds.

Cancellation: Subscriptions may be canceled at anytime and are non-refundable. Once cancelled, you will receive a confirmation by email and continue to have access to Premium Content until the current billing period ends.

Please cancel at least 3 days before the next billing period to avoid a future charge.
